Stephanie Manor Chew- President

My name is Stephanie and I help businesses build credibility and increase their online visibility. I am the President of Media Driven Results and head the Elite Sales Team at Digital Law Marketing. For the last 17 years, I’ve helped provide my clients with full lifecycle support for marketing initiatives, including custom website design, digital marketing, social media positioning, and ongoing online reputation management. I’m an award winning law firm analyst whose dedication and drive has led my clients around the globe to see significant increases in their web traffic: I work hard so my clients can rest easy.

Some background on me

Before building MDR, I served as the Vice President of Business Development for Blue Water Media, an award-winning information technology, web design, and interactive marketing agency based in Washington DC with offices in New York and San Francisco. Prior to my role at Blue Water Media, I worked alongside DLM co-founder Mike Edwards as a law firm Internet Marketing Consultant at Lexis Nexis Martindale-Hubbell. Throughout my years at Lexis Nexis, I was always in the Top Ten Internet Marketing Consultants in the company, and an established leader in the legal marketing space. One of my roles included lecturing hundreds of online specialists about the importance of using social media to market our clients’ firms.

I love what I do and who I do it with. I am passionate because I know what kind of solutions we offer and what kind of success our clients have. I get to travel the country to meet new people, help law firms reach their goals, visit exciting locations, and lecture at legal conferences on the power of legal marketing done right. More recently, I was invited to speak at the Maryland Association for Justice, where I spoke on the importance of choosing the right web design to represent a law firm’s best qualities, and to market to a chosen clientele. You’ll be hard pressed to find someone who loves her job quite as much as I do – and I can’t wait to show you why.

When I’m not flying around the country to better serve my clients, you can find me at home with my husband Jake, our beautiful baby daughter, and our 8-year-old dog, Autumn. We are both avid college football fans and enjoy spending our spare time with family and friends.

Kristen Ziegfeld- Director of Client Services

Media Driven Results is proud to have Kristen Ziegfeld on our team as the Director of Client Services. Kristen has a broad range of experience delivering results to her clients and we’re excited to have her on our team.

Kristen’s background includes working on both the client and agency side of the business. She has managed multi-million dollar accounts and is skilled at marketing analysis and developing effective marketing programs that achieve goals and objectives. Kristen enjoys analyzing information and providing clients with strategies and tactics that will increase awareness and generate business. She believes that the analytics available in the digital marketing world allows for this type of systematic approach in business.

Kristen holds a Master of Science degree in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University. She lives in Baltimore with her husband, two daughters, and two black labs.

Tracy Brown- Social Media Manager

Tracy Brown brings a wealth of experience to the Media Driven Results team. A former middle and high school English teacher, Tracy is passionate about using her love of language to connect businesses with their clients. Leveraging the power of social media, Tracy utilizes her skills to help companies build a following that connects them to their current and potential client base.

In addition to her work with Media Driven Results, Tracy serves on the Angioma Alliance Board of Directors. This organization supports individuals affected by cavernous angioma, their loved ones, health professionals, and researchers.

Tracy is the Founding Director of the Zach Brown 5K, an annual event to raise awareness and fund research for cerebral cavernous malformations. A proud mother of three high schoolers, Tracy spends her spare time attending high school sporting events and relaxing with family.
